This Georgian mansion house is in quiet gardens, in the countryside of Royal Deeside. It is now a Scottish country house hotel with free Wi-Fi, free parking and a restaurant with two AA Rosettes. The Raemoir House Hotel is less than 20 miles from Aberdeen. Some of the large en suite rooms have views over the gardens to the hills. Some rooms are in a separate building called Ha' Hoose, which was built in 1715. A full Scottish breakfast is available each day. The Raemoir has held two AA Rosettes for its fine food since 1996. The dining room has original wood panelling and large windows. The bar has an open log fire and looks out over the lawn. Guests can also eat outside.
Raemoir is situated in 3,500 acres of parkland and woodland in beautiful Royal Deeside. Surrounded by Romantic Castles and on a whisky trail, but only 20 minutes away from Aberdeen Airport and within easy reach of the city centre. There are 20 principal bedrooms and suites all with new and well-appointed bathrooms. Each room has been individually designed with taste and charm. All our reception rooms have recently been redecorated with new luxury carpets and beutiful artwork. The feeling of true Scottish hospitality.
Nearest train station: Aberdeen (17 miles)
By road: Take the A93 Aberdeen-Braemar and then the A980 Torphins-Raemoir. The hotel is opposite at the cross roads, approximately 2 miles from A93.
