This City Centre Guest House is situated so it is easy to walk to all the central amenities.
We offer budget single standard rooms up to newly re-furbished family rooms with 3 beds, large flat screen tv and en-suite. With 28 rooms we can also easily accommodate any change in plans and extend your stay.The key to the room also opens the front door so you can come and go as you please, there is no curfew here! Check-in closes at 10, after that time a key is left out in reception, and you have to show yourself to the room. After 11pm check-in there is a £10 fee to cover the staff costs.All rates include a self-service toast and cereal choice from 630am and a cooked breakfast between 730 and 9am during the week, and 830am to 1000am at weekends. Free WiFi is available. The communal areas are all newly refurbished, looking smart and fresh.We are VAT registered so all prices include VAT, therefore it may be possible for you to re-claim the 20%.
Located just off Union St, right in the city centre, 1 min walk to the bars and restaurants, 2 min to the shops and an easy 10 min walk to the train stationharbour.
